Combined Mechanism
Epithalon (tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) activates telomerase (hTERT) — the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length and considered a primary molecular regulator of biological aging. Telomere restoration reverses replicative senescence in aged cells. NAD+ provides the direct substrate for sirtuin deacetylases (SIRT1-7), PARP DNA repair enzymes, and mitochondrial complex I — replenishing the cellular energy currency that declines 50%+ by age 50. MOTS-C activates AMPK via the one-carbon folate cycle, driving mitochondrial biogenesis and fatty acid oxidation, preventing the metabolic dysfunction associated with aging. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) modulates GABA-B and opiate receptors to promote slow-wave (N3) deep sleep — the stage in which GH secretion, tissue repair, and cellular memory consolidation are maximized.

- Monitor thyroid function — Epithalon has a thyroid-stimulating effect at higher doses
- NAD+ infusion can cause flushing; injectable form may cause transient discomfort at injection site
