Combined Mechanism
BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu operate as in the GLOW blend: angiogenesis, cytoskeletal remodeling, and collagen gene upregulation. KPV (Lys-Pro-Val, C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH) adds targeted anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting NF-κB nuclear translocation, specifically downregulating mast cell degranulation, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β in skin and gut tissue. KPV also activates melanocortin receptors to reduce inflammatory signaling in keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts.
