CJC-1295 No-DAC (modified GHRH 1-29 without Drug Affinity Complex) binds GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotroph cells, extending the natural GH pulse duration without prolonged receptor saturation that can lead to desensitization. Its short half-life (30 minutes) produces physiological GH pulses aligned with the natural pulsatile rhythm. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at GHS-R1a receptors via the phospholipase C pathway, independently triggering GH secretion at a separate receptor site. The GHRH + GHRP synergy (two independent pathways stimulated simultaneously) produces 3-5x the GH output of either compound alone, while the selectivity of Ipamorelin ensures cortisol and prolactin remain unaffected.
